A new cool module just popped up on the Joomla! extensions website, however it does not have a proper description, so i decided to write one for you. The really cool thing about this new module is that it's design is highly flexible, which is not so easy to see on the demo page or on the extensions.joomla.org page. 
There is a link in the description so let's check it out. Go to http://jqueryui.com/themeroller and look at the side column (green border on screenshot) - there is a setting panel you can use to customize the look of all jQuery plugins (including Tabs plugin). You can create your own theme or choose a pre-made one from the gallery. All changes apply in real time. It's a really powerful WYSIWYG editor. After you are done with choosing the best style that suits your site the best - click on the Download button. On the next page find the Download button in the right column and download the archive file. When download is finished open it and look for the css file named jquery-ui-1.7.2.custom.css in the css/ui-somename folder in the archive. Extract and rename it to jquery-ui.css then go to the your-joomla-site/modules/mod_jtabs/jquery folder and backup the current jquery-ui.css, then overwrite it with the new one you got from the archive. It's done. Now you can enjoy a jQuery Tabs Module that fully suits your site's look'n'feel.
